Harindu gets his motivation from working in a challenging and dynamic environment with a young workforce. Commencing his career as a Technical Support Executive for clients based in the UK and Australia, Harindu's motivation and commitment progressed to his current role as team lead of the Synthesis Service Desk in a short span of time. Ensuring the smooth functioning of the technical operations in the team, Harindu’s enthusiasm is fueled by his encouragement in uplifting team spirit and making sure each of his team members are valued and heard.
