A degree holder in interior architecture, Safaa interned under a reputed architecture firm in Colombo for a year and progressed to gaining experience through a few successful freelance projects. In a bold decision to switch careers, Safaa decided to join Synthesis as a Claims Administrator for FreightSafe, a move which has proved to be a success! She has a strong passion and excitement for the work she does. She works with an amazing team who are ever ready to mentor and encourage her, which she truly appreciates.
